Victoria Suites Westlake Hanoi

This is a small boutique hotel built with high end materials. Lots of small touches like bidet, video door bell and architectural lighting.

Only one key per apartment.

The room is big and clean

Asked for more pillows and they said no

The best part of the property was the wonderful front office person, Lynh.Lynh went out of her way to help us with some issues we had and she was a shining star and would make us come back.

The towels need an upgrade.

The location is perfect and the apartments are spacious with a nice common area to host friends and family.

No on site breakfast, but rooms have kitchens where you can make your own breakfast.

The location was amazing, and the view of the lake was like no other! The suite itself was gorgeous & felt very much like royalty. The space was also super spacious & the tub magnificent. We will stay here again when we come back to Hanoi for sure!

I can’t think of anything!

The value was exceptional. This was a property where the rooms were spacious, clean, functional (a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop a plus). Excellent location on West Lake (the laker was literally across the road from the hotel with many rooms having lake views).

Although there were many coffee shops close by, there weren't as many restaurants conveniently located. The restaurants that I did frequent close to the hotel were excellent and reasonably priced. Many restaurants did not have staff that spoke English so ordering could be challenging. Staff, however, were very patient, accommodating given my complete inability to speak any Vietnamese.

My room was huge. Big living room, kitchen, big bedroom, nice master bath. Amazing view of the Lake. So nice. Great TV. Nice bed.

I was on the second floor close to the street, facing the lake. It was a little noisy from the traffic. It didn’t bother me, I sleep with ear plugs. It that’s an issue, I recommend a higher floor or a city view room in the back.

The room was very spacious and luxurious as well. Everything was quite new and maintained very well. You would get a royal feel in the room. The location of the hotel is very nice it's lake facing but you mostly won't be able to enjoy the lake view unless you get the top floor rooms as there are trees by the lakeside park.

However, this place is around 5 km from the old quarter where the real activity is happening, shopping, sightseeing, night market, tour pickups you may need to book cabs everytime you go there. Not a big negative because you get more spacious rooms then what you will get in the old quarter.

The only place in Hanoi is truly immaculately clean. High technology bathroom . Fully equipped with everything we need. This is totally home away from home. I will definitely book this place again. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. Tuc and Linh deserve a promotion for keeping the high standard customer service.

Eddie, the main receptionist has been the best help ever since i arrived last minute due to an emergency situation happened on my first time visit to hanoi, vietnam, from the moment i arrived Eddie has been extremely helpful and comforting being a new country and has been doing his best to help me sort out many things during my stay. teybupgrded me last minute which i truly appreciated after my intense day in hanoi. the hotel space is grounding with the marble and i appreciated the architecture and ambience of the place as well. the time i have been has helped me recover and reset after my hanoi tourist scam and i have seen Eddie work very hard endlessly to ensure guest comfort. Eddie, the whole hotel team are very professional and doing a superb job at running this business smoothly . again one of Hanoi best stays , i highly recommend if you want best view, good room great helpful team

Great view of the lake from the apartment.Fairly near to restaurants.The apartment is modern, with good bathrooms.

Beautiful location, comfortable room. Especially the bed was wonderful.

Some cleanliness issues; hair and food left behind from previous occupants.

Suite rooms are big enough for family .

House keeper didn’t do a good job cleaning the rooms/ kitchen/bathroom/ bathroom needs maintenance

The location was great and the beds were comfortable, and the space was large.

The drain in the shower (of the master becroom) was clogged and the staff felt very young.

Luxe Paradise was beautiful, well appointed, and luxuriously styled and expansive. Very spacious, staff were helpful and responsive. Lovely view of the lake. Very comfortable beds and enjoyed the bath and natural light in the living and dining rooms. Wonderful value.

The house is very very beauriful!! It has all the facilities and is beautifully maintained. Only suggestion is it would be good if they can also provide laundry detergent because as tourists it is tough to find small packets easily. They can keep sachets and may keep them chargeable.

Staff were polite & courteous. The room was so big and beautifully designed. Great quality furniture, bathrooms. Truly exceeded my expectation and great value for money. Its a shame that we only stayed one night there. I would love to go back and stay again. Provided taxi pick-up for a fee from the airport. Lake view/walkway opposite the hotel. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. We stayed at Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh hotels and by long distance this hotel was the standout of our trip. Truly reflected on what was advertised.

The property is very grand with beauitful decor. And the size of the apartment is amazing! Huyen’s customer service was great, she looked after me, and has a very professional and pleasant demeanour.

I have no complaints.
